ReOrientation is the time for new students to get acquainted with the University!
Welcome to Waikato 2025
Check out some of the highlights from the new student welcome from A Trimester!
Academic Orientation ran from the 2–4 July and was specifically designed for new students to help settle them into University study. Essential presentations were hosted on campus for information and support for the first year of study, as well as provide plenty of fun activities throughout that week.
DisOrientation ran from 7–13 July during the second week of ReOrientation. Hosted by the Waikato Students’ Union, DisOrientation was designed for both current and new students to have fun and make connections. There were activities, competitions, and prizes up for grabs. Students were encouraged to check below or follow the WSU Instagram.
